HB 208: Involuntary Commitment Procedures [Position: IN SUPPORT]

AN ACT establishing a commission to study current mental health procedures for involuntary commitment.

New Futures supports HB 208, which would establish a commission to study current mental health procedures for involuntary commitment and addresses ER wait times, children being treated in adult units at New Hampshire Hospital, and non-criminal patients being trated on the Secure Psychiatric Unit at the State prison.
