HB 353: Sale Of Beer In Refillable Containers [Position: OPPOSED]

This bill authorizes the sale of beer in refillable containers.

New Futures opposes HB 353, which would allow beer on tap ("to-go") at more than 3,000 restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations.
