HB 443: Copayment Reimbursements [Position: OPPOSED]

Prohibiting Prescription Drug Manufacturers From Offering Copayment Reimbursement. This bill prohibits prescription drug manufacturers from offering to pay or reimburse an individual for his or her insurance copayment.

New Futures opposes HB 443 because, as drafted, the bill prohibits co-pay reimbusement programs in New Hampshire, which make life saving medications available to low-income residents.
