HB 1213, as amended, impacts child care reporting and exempts child care centers from any and all immunization enrollment requirements. This weakens public health protections for young children and also unnecessarily risks critical federal funding for child care centers.

The Senate Health and Human Services Committee will hold a public hearing on HB 1213 on Wednesday, April 17 at 9:00 am at the State House in Room 100. 

TAKE ACTION:

• SIGN IN to OPPOSE HB 1213 (any time between now and midnight on April 17)
• Email the Committee to urge them to oppose the bill.
• Attend the hearing in person - let us know if you're interested.
