HB 1235: Repealing a Rebuttable Presumption of Harm Related to Child Protection

Repealing The Prospective Repeal Of The Rebuttable Presumption Of Harm Due to Opioid Drug Abuse Under The Child Protection Act. 

New Futures opposes this bill, which would remove the reubattable presumtion of harm due to substance abuse under the Child Protection Act, as of July 1, 2020.  If this bill is defeated, the rebuttable presumption would remain in place indefinitely.
