Meghan is responsible for managing the community engagement team in encouraging advocates to participate in the legislative process. Prior to her current role, Meghan was New Futures’ Communications Director and was responsible for managing all communications planning and content creation for New Futures' ongoing and campaign advocacy. In both positions, her work has ensured that advocates and the public are well-informed about health and wellness policy priorities and prepared to take action.
Before joining New Futures, Meghan worked in nonprofit communications, fundraising, and program development with United Way of the Greater Seacoast and the Combined Federal Campaign. Formerly, she was an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer, focused on building capacity around family financial stability and early childhood priorities in the state of New Hampshire.
Meghan received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston University. She lives in Concord and enjoys traveling, canoeing, and listening to true crime podcasts.
