Kelsea Hale earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Economics from Sacred Heart University’s John F. Welch School of Business in 2006.  She was employed as an assistant in the Accounting Department at the University of Bridgeport and also assisted Thomas DeBrizzi, CPA with his sole proprietor practice before joining Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. in May 2006 as an Associate. Kelsea then left the public industry in 2017 to pursue a career bridging her love for sports with her degree in accounting by becoming the Accounting Manager at Legacy Global Sports, later being promoted to Controller in January 2018.  Currently, Kelsea is the controller for Concord Coach Lines.

Kelsea is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the NHSCPA Nonprofit Committee, and a member of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. Kelsea resides with her husband (and English Cream Retriever) in Deerfield, New Hampshire.
