for the Collaborative
The Children's Behavioral Health Collaborative uses a collective impact approach, which is an approach for solving tough social problems. It requires many groups working together with a shared vision for change and a commitment to continuous communication.
Many pieces working as one.
The Collaborative workgroups are developing and evolving, and offer opportunities for individuals and organizations to be involved in the goal of transforming children's behavioral health care in New Hampshire. The Collaborative workgroups are busy implementing over three hundred activities in the CBHC plan. Grants & Projects
The Collaborative has secured substantial federal and philanthropic investment, represented in Grants and Projects, to build the infrastructure for sustainable best practices, workforce development, and service delivery, as well as policy and advocacy development. The Collaborative grant-funded and other projects are building infrastructure-workforce, services, policies, resources-for the transformed children's behavioral health care system. They are also planning for sustainability.
