SB 261: Grandparents' Access to Preventive and Protective Child Care Services

This bill provides that child care offered as a preventive and protective service through the department of health and human shall be available to grandparents who are the legal guardians or primary caretakers of their grandchild. The bill also requires preventive and protective child care providers to be trained in trauma-informed care.
