Join NH Medicaid Matters for a virtual storytelling event to share what Medicaid means to you and your family.

In New Hampshire, over 187,000 of our residents rely on Medicaid for their health care needs – including children, pregnant women, people with disabilities, veterans, and older adults in nursing homes. With Medicaid facing significant threats at both state and federal levels, the stories behind these numbers are increasingly important. We invite you to share your experience in this welcoming space and hear from other community members who are impacted by Medicaid.

What to expect in this virtual storytelling event:

• A moderator will open with context about current threats facing Medicaid at state and federal levels.
• Community members will share ~3 minute stories about what Medicaid means to them.
• A supportive space to listen, learn, and connect around health care access in NH.

This event is hosted by NH Medicaid Matters, a group of organizations committed to protecting New Hampshire’s Medicaid programs, a critical source of health insurance for over 187,000 of our residents.
