Kelly Untiet CHAIR
Kelly Untiet is the Director of Development and Community Relations at CATCH Neighborhood Housing. CATCH Neighborhood Housing is award-winning, non-profit housing developer that has been providing affordable homes in Merrimack County for over 30 years.
Throughout her career, which has spanned government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations, Kelly has remained committed to the idea that innovation, communication, and collaboration are the keys to success.
Prior to CATCH, Kelly served a Community Engagement Manager with the Unite Us in NH coordinated care network and as the Administrator of the Office of Social and Emotional Wellness within the NH Department of Education assisting in the statewide expansion of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Behavioral Health and Wellness (MTSS-B), Trauma Responsive School initiatives, and prevention efforts focused on bullying, substance use, and suicide.
Kelly lives in Alexandria, New Hampshire with her husband and two young children.

Glenn Quinney VICE CHAIR
Glenn Quinney is currently providing behavioral health counseling services for individuals and families across the lifespan for Bedford Counseling Associates, a division of the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. Beginning in 2017, he has also provided counseling for students attending UNH-Manchester and licensure supervision for MSW applicants. For the majority of his professional career, Glenn served as the Director of Child and Adolescent Services for the Center, managing a broad range of operational responsibilities.
He has had the privilege of serving on many state and local boards and committees, promoting a variety of change efforts for children and families. These initiatives often included involvement with many stakeholders including families, advocates, education, public health, child protection, juvenile justice, substance abuse and mental health. He served as one of three site directors for the first large scale federal system of care grant in NH, beginning in 2000. Glenn helped to develop and implement efforts at the local level to integrate behavioral health services within public school settings. For many years, he was an active participant on the Workforce Development Committee for the Children’s Behavioral Health Collaborative. This group has played a leading role in identifying and promoting evidence-based practices and core competencies for providers.
He has an undergraduate degree from UNH and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons College.

Walter D. Medley III has been a New Hampshire Realtor for 17 years carrying licenses in both NH and MA. He brings a comprehensive understanding of the New Hampshire residential housing market with a proven track record of representing the needs of both home buyers and sellers. Walter has partnered with many first-time homebuyers helping them navigate the process from start to finish while providing the experience and knowledge to help buyers find a great place to call home, or sellers reach a goal of selling a property quickly. Walter values his relationships with clients. In his personal time, Walter is a music director and church organist at the Calvary Baptist Church in Haverhill Mass where he grew up. Walter also enjoys spending time with friends and family and enjoys traveling.

Kelsea Hale earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Economics from Sacred Heart University’s John F. Welch School of Business in 2006. After college, Kelsea went into public accounting and attained her CPA license while working at Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A. After 11 years in public accounting, she changed courses and entered the private accounting world in 2017. Since 2017, Kelsea has served in two Controller roles (Legacy Global Sports & Concord Coach Lines, Inc.) overseeing all functions of the accounting department while ensuring compliance in financial reporting. In the Fall of 2024, Kelsea started another chapter of her professional career as the Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Air General Inc. where she works side by side with the senior leadership team ensuring appropriate internal controls and procedures as well as accurate financial reporting as the company navigates its rapid growth in the air and ocean cargo industry.
When Kelsea is not hard at work, she can most likely be found spending time with her husband and English Cream Golden Retriever either enjoying yardwork outside or sacking out inside watching football. Kelsea currently resides in Northwood, New Hampshire.

The Honorable Jacalyn Colburn BOARD MEMBER
Judge Colburn was appointed to the New Hampshire Superior Court bench in 2009 and presently sits as the supervisory judge in Hillsborough County -Southern District. Judge Colburn also presides over the Hillsborough County Adult Drug Court. She is a 1982 graduate of the University Of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1996, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University Of New Hampshire School of Law and began her legal career as a staff attorney for the New Hampshire Public Defender. In 1998 she became the Managing Attorney of the organization’s Merrimack County office, and in 2000 she was named statewide Director of Legal Services. In addition to representing indigent clients in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to homicides, she was responsible for the administration of 10 trial offices, and the supervision of over 100 attorneys.
In addition to her judicial duties, Judge serves as an adjunct professor of law at University of New Hampshire School of Law. The NH Supreme Court appointed her to the New Hampshire Lawyer’s Assistance Program Board in 2015 and 2018, and as Co-Chair of New Hampshire’s Russian-American Rule of Law Consortium in 2010. She has served on the NH Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee, the Board of Governor’s Task Force on Public Sector and Public Interest Law, as a Practical Skills Instructor, and as a panelist at a variety of Continuing Legal Education seminars. In 2007 she was named Merrimack County Bar Association Lawyer of the Year, and in 2009 was honored by the New Hampshire Bar Foundation with the Frank Rowe Kennison Award, recognizing her contributions to the betterment of New Hampshire citizens through the administration of justice and the legal profession.

Attorney James W. Craig is an officer of the firm Craig, Deachman & Associates. He was admitted to the practice of law in the state of New Hampshire in 1983.
In addition to practicing law, Attorney Craig has served in the enlisted ranks in the US Army, as the New Hampshire Commissioner of Labor and he served five terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives serving one term as House Minority Leader. He has served as a board member and President of Serenity Place in Manchester and he is currently a Trustee of the Manchester Library.
Attorney Craig lives in Goffstown with his wife, Anne. They have two children, Molly Blaisdell and William Craig, and three grandchildren. In his leisure time, he enjoys golf and sports.

Annette Escalante is the Director of Substance Use Services for Elliot Health System. With over 30 years of experience, Annette has worked in areas spanning substance use disorders, trauma, youth services, corrections, domestic violence and sexual assault. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of New Hampshire and is a master licensed alcohol and drug counselor (MLADC).
Before joining Elliot Health System, Annette worked for Farnum Center as the Vice President of Substance Abuse Services. She has also worked as the Director of the Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services at New Hampshire Department of Health & Human Services, the Administrator of Women Offenders and Family Services for the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, and the Vice President of the Greater Nashua Council on Alcoholism, Keystone Hall for 12 years, where she oversaw all aspects of clinical programming, administration and personnel.
Annette is heavily involved in her community, serving as a member of the NH Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, an advisory committee member for the NH Governor’s Recovery Friendly Workplace initiative, and an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire and Granite State College. She is also the past president of the New Hampshire Providers Association and a previous member of the New Hampshire Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals.

Jay is the Director of Pharmacy and Integrative Health at Harbor Homes in Nashua, NH. He is also co-Founder of RxRelax and YogaCaps, Inc. On the forefront of education initiatives related to Polypharmacy and DePrescription, his honors include the “Cardinal Health Generation Rx Champions Award” for strategies aimed at prevention of prescription medicine abuse, and from the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations for “Excellence in Innovation”.
A sought after speaker on a variety of health topics for professionals and lay audiences alike, his commitments have led him to work and support health in over 30 states in the USA, and internationally in Greece, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Russia, Scotland, Switzerland, Thailand and Vietnam.
He is Faculty Chief for the “Therapeutic Yoga for Health Professionals” course, and co-author of the DVDs “RxRelax Seated Therapeutic Yoga”, “Subtle Yoga for Rejuvenation” and audio CDs “RxRelax for Insomnia” and “Relaxation Capsules.”

Anena Hansen BOARD MEMBER
Raised in a fundamentalist religious community, Anena Hansen left the church in her mid-20s, got married, got divorced, and ran away to Africa. In Nairobi she bluffed her way into a corporate sales job, wrote, and eventually found her niche in female entrepreneurism. Her highlight was spending five years a trustee of the Kenyan chapter of New Faces, New Voices, the organization for female financial inclusion run by Nelson Mandela’s widow Graca Machel. During her years abroad, Anena lived in active alcoholism, chased monkeys out of the kitchen, adopted a baby, and once fell down a flight of stairs in front of a regiment of South Sudanese soldiers. After eleven years in Kenya, she moved home with her daughter to New Hampshire.
Sober since 2016, Anena now works as the Employer Services Coordinator for Reality Check in Jaffrey, promoting Recovery Friendly Workplaces around the greater Monadnock region. Since losing her life partner to a relapse, she has become passionate about legislating better services for addiction and recovery, and she volunteers extensively with advocacy organizations focused on improving addiction-related policies at state and federal levels.

Brian, a Concord NH resident, is the embodiment of advocacy in action. He relocated from Cambridge MA a few years ago to help family members who have struggled with the disease of addiction and has thrown himself into advocacy ever since. Brian has seen the devastation of substance misuse firsthand and what it can do to individuals and their families. With every New Futures action alert he receives, Brian is often the first to respond, always willing to testify, write a letter, and make phone calls to legislators. He never shies away from a controversial issue.
Brian shares his tremendous advocacy skills with other NH organizations and causes. He serves on the board of the NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and was active in challenging the Concord NH School Board regarding the recent sexual misconduct allegations. Brian sees the intersection between sexual assault/domestic violence and substance misuse and advocates for trauma-informed services for all.

Marti Ilg grew up in the Lakes Region and attended both undergraduate and graduate school in NH. She lived, worked, traveled, married and started a family in Tokyo Japan and Saipan MP. As their children neared school-age, Marti and her late husband returned to NH to raise their family which now includes sons-in-law and three grandchildren.
Marti began her career in early childhood as a Head Start teacher in Franklin and Concord and later transitioned to the child care sector where she spent 12 years as the executive director of an award-winning nonprofit child care organization. Most recently, she held the position of Deputy Director of the Division of Economic and Housing Stability at DHHS where she worked with staff, stakeholders, policymakers and advocates.
Marti believes wholeheartedly that what happens to children matters not only to them and their immediate family but to the neighborhoods they live in, the schools they attend, and the communities they will eventually work, live and lead in.
Today, Marti continues to work on behalf of NH’s children and families as an independent consultant with Ilg Consulting LLC.

Heather Martin is a maternal mental health advocate who has worked at Dartmouth Health Pediatrics as a medical assistant for over 12 years. She became passionate about maternal mental health after tragically losing her sister to maternal suicide over a decade ago. Since then, she has advocated for legislation pertaining to maternal mental health both nationally and here in New Hampshire. In 2019, she implemented a successful postpartum screening and follow-up call workflow at her pediatric practice. Earlier this year, she was instrumental in Governor Sununu's signing of the proclamation of Maternal Mental Health Day, which spreads awareness about maternal mental health in our state.
Heather is also a Postpartum Support Coordinator for New Hampshire and a volunteer at NAMI NH, where she serves as a survivor of suicide loss speaker. She has spoken at numerous conferences on maternal mental health and she believes that supporting our mothers is essential to ensuring healthy babies and families.
She lives in Salem, NH with her husband, two young boys and her poodle Cairo. She enjoys spending her free time at her lake house on Great East Lake in Maine.

Eulalie Paris is the Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations Officer for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp. She brings expertise in leadership management, business unification and cohesiveness, and communications and workflow tool management to the New Futures Board. She is currently a member of the Business Development Committee at NH Medical Workers for Climate Change and was previously a board member for NH Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence and Personal Responsibility Organization (PRO).
Throughout her career, Eulalie has been guided by the philosophy that "every human interaction is an opportunity to fulfill a need, with integrity, kindness and mutuality and you never know when those interactions will positively change lives and the world."
Eulalie has her MBA from Southern NH University and her MA and BA from University of Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being part of a thriving community, traveling the world, and practicing yoga.

Tym is the Vice President of People and Senior Director at Third Horizon Strategies, a boutique national health care advisory firm. Tym is a seasoned health philanthropy and policy professional with over 16 years of experience in substance use and mental health disorder prevention and treatment, coalition building, community and organizational strategic planning, health policy and advocacy, and civic engagement.
Tym previously served as a Director at the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, where he provided leadership on the foundation's largest philanthropic initiative and guided strategic investments in areas such as early childhood education and care, family and youth support, substance use disorders services, and educational pathways to build the future of New Hampshire's workforce. Tym also served eight years as the chair of the New Hampshire Governor’s Commission on Substance Use, advising state and national elected officials on behavioral health and health policy issues and leveraging public investment to increase access to prevention, treatment, and recovery services. Tym founded the NH Providers Association and several other nonprofits. He has extensive experience advising individual and institutional donors, community stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and leaders at the local, state, and national levels on best practices in behavioral health and transforming health care systems to improve access and quality.
Tym earned a master’s degree in Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and a bachelor’s degree in theatre from Emerson College. Tym lives with his wife and two children in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Cindy Stewart is an experienced development professional currently serving as Interim Development Director at Waypoint. She has served a broad cross section of New Hampshire nonprofits as a trusted relationship-builder and fundraiser. She is humbled to have represented philanthropic sectors and organizations she genuinely believes in including Economic and Community Development (Monadnock Economic Development Corporation and The Keene Pumpkin Festival); the Arts (The Colonial Theatre, Keene); Health Care (Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene); Higher Education (Antioch University New England); Historic Preservation (Cheshire County); and Public Media (New Hampshire Public Radio).
Cindy is a passionate supporter of programs, policies, and improved systems that strengthen families and communities. Cindy believes staunchly in the dignity and value of all people, and cares deeply about our collective sense of place in New Hampshire. She is a current member of the New Futures’ Development Committee and a very proud graduate of the University of Michigan (GO BLUE!)
Cindy and her husband, Tom Stewart, a retired public-school educator and administrator, enthusiastically moved to Manchester in November 2018, after spending several decades in the Monadnock Region as active community members and raising their respective families. Together, they have six adult children (four of whom are planting their families’ roots in NH) and nine grandkids under the age of eleven. Grandma is the role she cherishes the most!
