Join us in participating in a great event on September 19th - a 30-mile ride for all levels, to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Every mile we ride helps raise awareness while supporting conversations that can save lives. Whether you're an experienced cyclist or simply looking for a meaningful way to spend the day, this ride is for you. All abilities are welcome, and the pace is whatever you want it to be as the ride is meant to be inclusive.
After the ride, stick around for a celebration with food, music, and community as we come together to support one another and honor this important cause.
