New Futures' Child and Family Policy Director Rebecca Woitkowski will join Jess Carson of the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy and Nicole Heller of New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute on October 2 from 5:30pm-7:30pm at Frisbee Memorial Hospital, Education Center, in Rochester, NH.
