This Week at the State House: Week of April 27, 2026

Bills are moving quickly through their second chambers! This week, a public hearing is scheduled on a bill that bans hemp-derived THC products, and committees are set to vote on bills addressing children’s behavioral health coverage, prescription affordability, and recovery housing. Two bills are still making their way to the Governor’s desk. We’re also recapping last week’s committee vote and hearing on bills related to immunization access and child care.
