This Week at the State House: Week of June 9, 2025

The 2025 legislative session is winding down in New Hampshire. With most legislation now receiving final votes, lawmakers are working through the last remaining measures, either advancing them to the Governor’s desk or defeating them for the 2025 session. Check out below for an update on New Hampshire’s 2026-27 state budget process and bills that received votes last week!
While this session has presented challenges, your advocacy efforts have been instrumental in advancing policies that improve health and well-being in our state. Whether you testified at a public hearing, contacted lawmakers, or spread the word on social media, your advocacy hasn’t gone unnoticed. We invite you to attend our Advocate & Partner Organization Appreciation Event this Thursday, June 12, from 4 to 6 pm on the State House Lawn. We hope you’ll join us to celebrate fellow advocates and partners with delicious food and ice cream from Arnie’s Place, bounce houses, raffle prizes, a live DJ, and more. Please RSVP if you haven’t already – we look forward to seeing you on Thursday!
