This Week at the State House: Week of April 13, 2026
With the legislative session moving right along, this week brings plenty of action at the NH State House. A House committee will hold public hearings on two of our priority bills that could make a real difference for Granite Staters: lowering prescription costs and improving behavioral health coverage for kids and teens. Several other priority bills related to the regulation of addictive products, health care for older adults, and immunization access are heading to committee votes. The Senate will also meet on Thursday to vote on three bills that would make it harder for families to access immunizations.
We’re also recapping last week’s floor votes, which brought a positive outcome for New Hampshire caregivers!
Thank you for your continuous advocacy for health and well-being this session – your testimony, emails, and personal stories are ensuring that New Hampshire residents remain at the forefront of these important policy decisions. Read on to learn more and take action!
