As we get deeper into the legislative session, New Hampshire lawmakers continue to review New Futures’ priority bills impacting the health and well-being of our residents. This week, a Senate committee will hold public hearings on legislation affecting health care for transgender teens, and House committees will hold executive sessions to vote on recommendations for bills concerning discrimination and mandatory minimum sentencing.
We’re also recapping last week's hearings, which addressed drug-checking equipment legalization, access to child care, and protecting Medicaid expansion—all issues where your voice can still make a difference before committee recommendations. Learn more and take action below!
